"BIM coordinator "

Job Requirements

EX : 7 :10 Years must Revit

Clash detection and coordination reports

· Quality Assurance and Quality Check “QAQC”

· Preparing of BIM execution plan and its appendices “BEP”

· 4 & 5D simulation and report

· Development of recent and better workflow for different approaches

· Created, revised, and input business information models, also supervised other employees working with building information models

· Facilitate construction by applying BIM and CAD technologies in the design phase.

· Offer cross-team support for BIM software.

· Ensure all models are compatible and BIM data is available to all project participants.

· Collaborate with the design team and other departments to identify goals and communicate procedural changes.

· Prepared cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.





· Conducted training for BIM coordinators, integrated models to one model, participated to coordination meetings, organize and operate BIM team for project

· Established employer information requirements and BIM requirements for requests for proposals.

· Advised on the evaluation and selection of the data environment and software packages and providing set up and training services.

.To conduct repetitive assessment for all teams Revit and Bim command, and give necessary practicing activities to raise the quality and efficiency of the teams

.To be responsible for all templets creation and updates

.To support in time planning for new BIM projects
