We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Finance Officer to join our small, friendly team in Northbridge.

This is a casual, part time role – 2 days per week – and school-hours friendly, making it a great opportunity for someone looking for flexibility while still wanting a hands-on role with a growing local business.

We’re particularly interested in someone who understands the financial side of hospitality and accommodation, and who enjoys solving problems rather than simply processing transactions.

What we’re looking for

✅ Strong Xero experience – essential

✅ Bookkeeping / finance experience

✅ Hospitality or accommodation experience highly regarded

✅ Experience with guest accounts, folios, payment processing and reconciliations

✅ GSA, Night Audit, Front Office Accounts or Finance Officer experience advantageous

✅ Trust Accounting experience preferred





✅ Hospitality PMS experience highly regarded

⭐ Guesty experience particularly favoured

✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

✅ Someone who can work independently and take ownership

You’ll be joining a young, locally owned and operated business with a team of around 10 staff in our Northbridge office.

It’s a varied role with genuine responsibility and the opportunity to help us improve and develop our accounting systems as we grow.
