What does the job look like?

As a Branch Manager, you will lead all operational activities within the branch to ensure the timely and effective delivery of cash management and logistics services to our customers. You’ll create a high-performance culture, drive efficiency, and inspire your team to achieve business outcomes safely and professionally. Key areas include:

- Leading and motivating branch teams to deliver operational excellence
- Driving compliance with all statutory, audit, and WHS requirements
- Overseeing customer service delivery and managing key relationships
- Monitoring operational performance, reporting on results, and identifying improvement opportunities
- Managing staffing, rostering, and workforce development to meet service and financial goals

- Proven leadership experience within logistics, security, or operational environments
