About the role

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and brand‑aligned contractor to support our growing health and wellness portfolio. This hybrid role blends administration, pharmacy field engagement, and social media coordination, ensuring our brand is consistently represented, supported, and visible across retail and digital channels.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, pharmacy partners, designers, and key management personal to strengthen brand presence, deliver training, and support day to day operations across the Living Healthy and Star Combo OEM manufacturing portfolio.

Star Combo is an Australian owned health and wellness manufacturer. The owner and manufacturer of the Living Healthy vitamin range and operating as one of the country’s leading OEM suppliers of high‑quality supplements for national retailers and export partners.

Key Responsibilities

Administration Support

Process and track store credits, returns, and related documentation

Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

Liaise with internal teams to resolve credit or stock discrepancies

Create Living Healthy training materials

Provide general administrative support as required

Assist with preparation and attendance for industry conferences

Support Star Combo management with client submission forms

Design work creatives:

Catalogue creatives as per client specifications

Social media creation

Vitamin label artwork

Print media as required (posters, brochures, advertisements etc)

Pharmacy Store Visits & Brand Training

Conduct regular visits to pharmacy stores across designated regions

Reinforce brand key selling points and product benefits

Deliver product training to pharmacy staff (a mix of in person, phone, or video)

Ensure point‑of‑sale materials are correctly displayed and maintained





Gather store feedback, competitor insights, and merchandising opportunities

Build strong relationships with pharmacy teams to support brand advocacy

Social Media Coordination

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly content plans aligned to brand strategy

Brief designers on creative requirements for social media assets

Schedule and publish content across Instagram and Facebook (Canva or similar tools)

Create short‑form video content for social media

Write captions, hashtags, and manage basic community engagement

Monitor performance and flag opportunities for improvement

Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity

Liaise with designers and external partners as required

Coordinate influencer engagement and PR activities to support brand growth

Travel

Occasional travel may be required for pharmacy store training, trade expos, and brand events. All business‑related travel costs will be covered by Star Combo.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

Highly organised with robust attention to detail A good understanding and ability to work with InDesign and other creative media platforms

Confident communicating with pharmacy and internal stakeholders

Comfortable creating content and managing social media platforms

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Passionate about health, wellness, and brand building

Bilingual, English and Mandarin would be an advantage

Looking to grow your experience in sales and marketing within the VMS wellness category
