Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support business process improvement, requirements analysis, and solution delivery. The role involves working with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into clear and actionable solutions.
You will collaborate with business users, product teams, developers, and other stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
Responsibilities include conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops, analyzing business processes and workflows, preparing functional requirements and process documentation, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting solution design and implementation.
The Business Analyst will also assist with identifying business risks, evaluating potential solutions, supporting testing and user acceptance activities, and ensuring delivered solutions align with business objectives. Strong analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail are essential for connecting business needs with effective technology solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance,
or a related discipline.
Solid understanding of business analysis principles, requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution development.
Ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Familiarity with process mapping, workflow analysis, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Basic knowledge of data analysis, SQL, reporting, and business intelligence is an advantage.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong facilitation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements, priorities, and stakeholder expectations in an organized manner.
