The Opportunity

This is a senior client leadership role for an experienced Manager or Senior Manager looking for greater ownership, autonomy and influence.

You’ll manage a portfolio of established private business clients, lead and develop a capable team, and work directly with business owners on tax planning, structuring and broader commercial matters.

Your role will include

- Managing key client relationships and engagements
- Tax planning, structuring and broader business advisory
- Reviewing financial statements, tax returns and complex compliance work
- Identifying opportunities to add value beyond traditional accounting
- Leading, mentoring and developing team members
- Working closely with senior leadership on client and commercial matters
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of the team

About you

You’ll be an experienced public practice professional currently operating at Manager or Senior Manager level, with a strong background across business services, tax and private clients.

You’ll ideally bring

- CA or CPA qualification




- Strong Australian tax and business advisory experience
- Experience managing a portfolio of private business clients
- Confidence working directly with business owners and senior stakeholders
- Proven experience reviewing work and developing accountants
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to identify opportunities beyond compliance
- A collaborative leadership style and genuine interest in helping clients grow
