Business Analyst - Enterprise Content Management

We're on the lookout for an ECM Business Analyst who's passionate about delivering insanely great products and solutions to our customers. In this role, you'll be at the heart of that mission, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to gather, define, and translate requirements into innovative business outcomes for our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.

In this role, you'll work closely with Customers, Product Success and Development teams to understand the problem, shape requirements, and help guide features from idea through to delivery. You'll be part of our Enterprise Content Management team, working on solutions that support document management, records governance, compliance, and content-driven business processes and reporting across our customer base.

As TechnologyOne continues to evolve how we build software through AI-enabled ways of working, the BA role is becoming even more important. AI can help accelerate artefacts, analysis and testing, but strong judgement, customer understanding and clear requirements still matter. You'll help make sure the team is solving the right problem, building the right thing, and delivering outcomes our customers can trust.

What you'll be doing…

- Develop a deep understanding of product capabilities - their features, functions, legislative and compliance requirements, as well as industry-specific variations.
- Work with Customers, Product Success and Development teams to understand business problems and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Help shape new product features by defining requirements, acceptance criteria, business rules, edge cases and expected outcomes.
- Use AI-enabled ways of working to accelerate analysis, documentation, user stories, test scenarios and other delivery artefacts, while applying solid human judgement and review.




- Engage in workshops with internal and external Customers to ensure the product design aligns with customer expectations.
- Conduct Business Acceptance Testing by performing targeted functional tests on key business processes, ensuring they meet customer requirements and the software is stable enough for further testing, without any Critical or Urgent issues.
- Support functional QA and regression testing as needed, based on team requirements.
- Collaborate with the Product Success team to develop enablement content that supports the rollout and adoption of the product for both internal and external Customers.
- Present product changes, requirements, process impacts and delivery outcomes to stakeholders in a clear and practical way.

Your Talents…

- Relevant degree and/or industry experience
- Hands-on experience with document and records management systems, such as ECM, or content reporting engines such as DocOne, would be beneficial.
- Strong ability to understand customer problems, business processes and compliance requirements, then translate them into clear product requirements.
- Practical knowledge of product modules, features, functions, and compliance requirements, preferably with TechnologyOne products
- Comfortable working in AI-enabled delivery environments, including using AI tools to improve quality, speed and consistency of analysis and documentation.
- Strong judgement and attention to detail, especially when reviewing AI-assisted outputs or validating requirements.
- Experience with industry best-practice analysis tools and methodologies
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively




- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proven presentation skills, including experience facilitating workshops and group discussions
