Working within a fast-paced transformation environment, you will play a key role in helping the organisation address audit findings, define future-state processes, and assess technology options to improve the management, tracking, and reporting of conflict disclosures.

Your new role

As the Business Analyst, you will work closely with program leadership, enterprise architecture, and senior business stakeholders to define business requirements, assess current-state processes, and develop recommendations for future-state capabilities.

A key focus of the role will be understanding regulatory, policy, governance, and compliance requirements related to Conflict of Interest management and translating these into effective business processes and technology solutions. You will facilitate workshops, analyse audit findings, document requirements, evaluate solution options, and support the delivery of a fit-for-purpose approach that meets organisational and governance obligations.

You will engage with a broad stakeholder group, including senior leaders, professional staff, and academic stakeholders, making strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities essential.

What you'll need to succeed





- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering complex business transformation, governance, compliance, or regulatory initiatives.

- Strong requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, process mapping, and documentation skills.

- Experience assessing current-state processes and defining future-state operating models.

- Background working on governance, risk, compliance, audit remediation, AML/CTF, regulatory, or policy-driven projects.

- Experience evaluating enterprise technology solutions and supporting solution selection activities.

- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes across diverse business groups.

- Experience working alongside architects, technology teams, and business leadership.

- Exposure to Workday, HR systems, governance platforms, or workflow solutions will be highly regarded.

- Higher education sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
