We're looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, analyze processes and data, and help develop practical solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance. ? Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders ?
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist with developing business requirements documents, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
- Support data analysis and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Work with project managers, product teams, developers, and business stakeholders to support project delivery
- Participate in meetings, workshops, testing, and solution validation activities
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document identified issues
- Monitor project and business KPIs and provide insights to stakeholders
- Maintain accurate business documentation and project records
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives

? Qualifications

- Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL , or other analytical tools is an advantage
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, BPMN , or project management methodologies is a plus
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio , or similar platforms is advantageous
- Internship experience, university projects, or relevant business analysis certifications are considered an advantage
