We’re looking for a driven Business Development Associate/Executive to join our growing sales team and help us build a strong pipeline across AI consulting, software development, automation, and digital transformation.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and target Australian SMBs
- Drive cold calling, cold email & LinkedIn outreach
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
- Lead conversations around AI Consulting & Strategy
- Identify opportunities for custom software, AI, automation & digital transformation projects
- Qualify prospects and work closely with senior sales, leadership & delivery teams
- Maintain CRM records and manage outreach campaigns
- Build referral and partnership opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to improve sales messaging and strategies
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales / Business Development
- Experience selling IT services, software, SaaS, technology or consulting solutions is highly preferred
- Strong cold calling and outbound sales skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers
- Consultative and solution-oriented approach
- Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
- Experience with CRM and sales outreach tools
- Exposure to AI, automation, SaaS or technology sales is a bonus
