We operate within the personal development and leadership education sector, working with an established international organisation that provides online education programs, live and virtual events, practical tools and leadership development resources.

This opportunity is best suited to someone who is commercially minded, confident communicating with people and comfortable taking responsibility for their own day-to-day activity.

It is not an entry-level opportunity . We are particularly interested in people who bring substantial professional, business, management, sales, client-facing or entrepreneurial experience and who are genuinely interested in personal growth and leadership development.

The work is remote and carried out using your own laptop and phone.

Aligned Growth Co works within the personal development and leadership education sector in partnership with an established global organisation.

The organisation provides personal and professional development programs designed to support areas including mindset, communication, leadership and ongoing personal growth.

Our role is to connect interested people with information about those programs and guide them through an established enquiry and information process.

What you would be doing

- Responding to enquiries from people who have requested further information




- Conducting brief phone or Zoom conversations using an established process
- Following up with interested people and guiding them through the next stage of the information process
- Using approved online marketing platforms and established digital systems
- Managing your own daily communication, follow-up and workflow
- Participating in ongoing professional development, training and leadership education
- Developing your skills across communication, business development and online marketing

About you

- You have substantial professional, business or client-facing experience
- You are confident speaking with people by phone or Zoom
- You communicate professionally and have strong written and spoken English
- You are commercially minded and comfortable taking responsibility for your own activity
- You are self-motivated, organised and able to work without close supervision
- You have a genuine interest in personal development and leadership
- You are comfortable learning new systems and following an established process
- Experience in business ownership, management, sales, business development, recruitment, marketing, education or customer/client engagement is highly regarded




- You are at a stage professionally where you are looking for something different rather than an entry-level role
