As we grow Agent Forge, we’re looking for experienced Business Development professionals with deep relationships and expertise in specific industry verticals.

We’re particularly interested in people with established networks across:

- Healthcare, Aged Care & Allied Health
- Manufacturing & Distribution
- Transport, Logistics & Warehousing
- Financial Services & Wealth Management
- Construction & Property
- Retail & Multi-site Businesses
- Education & Training

You don’t need to be an AI expert.

What matters is that you understand your industry, know the operational challenges businesses face, and have established relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers.

Your RoleYour focus will be on leveraging your industry expertise and relationships to identify and develop opportunities.

Our team handles the technical side — AI discovery, solution design, demonstrations, Proof of concepts, and production deployment.

You bring the industry knowledge, relationships, and commercial conversations. We bring the AI capability.

What We're Looking For• Solid track record in Business Development or Enterprise Sales

- Deep experience within at least one specific industry vertical
- Established relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Ability to identify operational problems and develop commercial opportunities
- Comfortable having conversations with C-level executives
- Interest in AI and how it can solve real business problems

Prior AI experience is not required.
