Are you a consultative sales specialist who thrives on solving complex business challenges for high-growth tech platforms?

Our client is a fast-scaling technology leader offering sophisticated transaction and platform infrastructure solutions across Australia. Due to continued expansion, they are hiring a Melbourne-based Business Development Manager to lead new customer acquisition and strategic partnership development.

Key Responsibilities:

- New Revenue Generation: Map out target verticals to uncover, qualify, and convert new mid-market opportunities.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and nurture referral and channel partners to create scalable new revenue streams.
- Consultative Pitching: Conduct deep discovery to understand client workflows, tailoring technical and commercial proposals that deliver real value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Risk, Compliance,



and Product teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and clean handovers.

Your Experience:

- Proven success selling SaaS, technical, or complex financial/software solutions (3+ years experience).
- Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline from the ground up and close mid-market deals.
- Skilled at leading high-level negotiations with founders, CEOs, and technical heads.
