FIRM This represents a very rare opportunity with an impressive accounting firm based in the Southern region of the Gold Coast. This firm has been in operation for many years and led by a team of friendly and down to earth Partners.
The firm has an incredible client base and amazing systems in place.
POSITION
Due to strong growth and future planning, the position of Business Services Manager has been created.
The successful candidate will assist the partners in managing client relationships, managing staff (on shore, remote and off shore) and providing expert solutions to their clients.
This role has a genuine and structured pathway to director in the medium term future.
CANDIDATE The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- CA/CPA Qualified
- 7+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- Experience managing a fee portfolio
- Experience managing and mentoring staff (in office and remote)
- Experience with Xero, XPM
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Reliable employment history
