Are you a strategic and detail-oriented Buying, Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator with a passion for alternative fashion, looking to bring your expertise to an exciting, fast-paced company? Beserk is seeking a coordinator with experience in buying, purchasing, logistics, inventory management, and building strong supplier relationships.

You'll be involved with buying, purchasing and logistics activities, including assisting with spotting trends and ordering stock for our website. You'll assist with best-selling items are in stock, new on-trend releases are promptly ordered, and that we continually improve our existing systems and processes. If you have excellent communication skills, a talent for spotting trends and an understanding of logistics, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

- Product Buying & Trend Spotting: Assist with identifying and sourcing new products that align with our brand and customer base. Stay across emerging trends in alternative fashion, music, and culture to recommend exciting new additions to our range. Work with suppliers to evaluate new releases and ensure Beserk remains a go-to destination for fresh, on-trend product.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Assist with stock is ordering, promptly and efficiently. Oversee stock levels across platforms and maintain reliable supply chain processes.
- Supplier Relationships: Get to know our suppliers and freight companies to help with coordinating supplier orders for fast dispatch of high-demand products. Assist with negotiating pricing and contract terms.
- Logistics Coordination: Efficiently book and organise domestic and international freight, ensuring cost-effective shipping methods and timely deliveries. Track shipments, ensure on-time arrivals, and follow up on any delivery delays.
- Cost Optimisation:



Assist with auditing and optimising logistics processes to reduce costs. Assist with researching and implementing Free Trade Agreements to minimise customs and duties charges.
- Pricing & Product Management: Assist with setting competitive prices for current items and restocks. Assist with monitoring freight quotes vs actual invoiced amounts and manage vendor audits to ensure competitive purchasing.
- Report & Data Management: Assist with updates on stock availability, large quantity stocked items, and slow sellers through Shopify.
- Process Improvement: We want to hear your ideas, as we continuously improve existing systems. Suggest improvements that will increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall logistics and inventory management processes.

Qualifications:

- A keen eye for alternative fashion trends and an understanding of what resonates with our customer base — or a genuine passion for the subculture that drives it.
- Experience in Buying, Purchasing or Logistics, or similar role in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment.
- Expertise in assisting with managing inventory, sourcing products, and coordinating logistics across domestic and international channels, or very strong interest in alternative products.
- Knowledge of Shopify for inventory management, order processing, and reporting.
- An understanding of, or strong desire to learn, cost optimisation techniques in logistics, including negotiating with freight companies and managing supplier relationships.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
