About the Role:
Kitchen Craftsmen is seeking a reliable and motivated Cabinet Assembler to join our team at our Joondalup manufacturing facility.
A qualified Cabinet Maker is preferred, however candidates with demonstrated experience in cabinet making, carpentry, or a related trade are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling high-quality cabinetry in preparation for on-site installation.
At Kitchen Craftsmen, we offer attractive working hours, with Monday to Thursday from 7:00am to 3:30pm and Friday from 7:00am to 1:00pm,
providing an excellent work-life balance. Our management team is committed to your success and will provide ongoing guidance and support.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble cabinetry components accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all assembled units meet quality standards
- Read drawings and interpret measurements
- Work collaboratively with team members, while also being capable of working independently
- Meet production targets and deadlines in a safe and efficient manner
Qualifications/Experience:
- Trade qualification in Cabinet Making is preferred
- Applicants with relevant cabinet making, carpentry, or similar trade experience will also be considered
- Physically fit and capable of handling boards and assembled cabinetry
- Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol screening
- Current right to work in Australia
- A Police Clearance may be required as part of the recruitment process and/or ongoing role requirements
