Cabinet Maker / Joinery & Feature Wall Installer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker / Joinery & Feature Wall Installer to join our team.

Based in Rouse Hill, NSW, this role involves a combination of factory work and on-site installation across residential and commercial projects.

You will be involved in the manufacture, assembly and installation of custom cabinetry, kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, entertainment units, feature walls, wall panelling and other bespoke joinery.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has strong attention to detail and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manufacture and assemble custom cabinetry and joinery
- Work on kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, laundries and entertainment units
- Manufacture and install feature walls, TV units, wall panelling and decorative joinery
- Read and interpret plans, elevations and technical drawings
- Measure, cut, machine and assemble MDF, HMR, timber, laminate and other materials
- Fit doors, drawers, hinges, runners, hardware and accessories
- Operate hand tools, power tools and workshop machinery safely and accurately
- Prepare completed joinery for delivery and installation
- Install cabinetry and feature walls on site, including levelling, alignment, fixing and finishing
- Carry out quality checks to maintain a high standard of workmanship
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop and worksite




- Assist with general factory work and production as required

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Cabinet Maker, Joiner or Joinery Installer
- Experience in custom cabinetry and joinery
- Feature wall and detailed fitout experience is highly regarded
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Confident using hand tools, power tools and workshop machinery
- Good knowledge of cabinet hardware and installation methods
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality finishing skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Current Australian Driver Licence

- White Card
- Relevant cabinet-making or trade qualification is desirable
- CNC or cabinet-design software experience is an advantage
