We’re looking for passionate, friendly and energetic Front of House team members to join the Baked Since 95 family!
We have opportunities available for both Full-Time and Casual positions.
? We’re looking for people who:
- Have a genuine passion for hospitality and excellent customer service
- Are friendly, confident and well presented
- Work well in a fast-paced café environment
- Have excellent communication skills
- Are reliable, punctual and have a positive attitude
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Have previous café/hospitality experience (preferred, but not essential for the right person)
☕️ Your role will include:
- Welcoming and serving customers
- Taking orders and handling POS
- Coffee and food service
- Maintaining a clean and organised FOH area
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider team to ensure smooth service
