Busy, popular CBD cafe established 14 years seeks experienced Barista
MONDAY to THURSDAY day shifts with a 6.30am start.
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a trained Barista.
Must be confident to set and adjust coffee grinder.
Must be able to produce consistent and well textured milk.
Must be 100% fluent in English.
Busy work environment with great conditions.
You must have the following the skills:
- Be able to work alongside a small team of dedicated staff members
- Ability to work under pressure and show initiative
- Be honest, reliable and genuine with a valuable work ethic
- Be friendly in your approach and confident in taking orders
- Be confident to speak directly with customers and have knowledge of the menu
- Be interested in coffee and take pride in your presentation including basic latte art
