We're looking for an experienced Café Manager to lead our St Remio Kings Business Park café. If you're someone who loves bringing people together, thrives in a fast-paced environment and believes great hospitality starts with excellent leadership, we'd love to meet you!

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be managing the day-to-day operations that keep our café running smoothly. Working closely with our Head Barista, Chef and wider team, you'll help deliver the exceptional coffee, food and genuine hospitality that St Remio Coffee Kings Park is known for.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading from the front and creating an exceptional customer experience every day
- Building a positive, supportive team culture where everyone can thrive
- Coaching, mentoring and developing a high-performing team of baristas and kitchen staff
- Overseeing the daily operations of the café to ensure everything runs efficiently
- Managing staff rosters, shift checklists and day-to-day staffing requirements
- Recruiting, onboarding and training new team members as the business grow
- Managing catering orders and ensuring seamless execution
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene and OH&S; standards are always met
- Monitoring inventory,



liaising with suppliers and maintaining appropriate stock levels
- Implementing systems and processes that improve efficiency and customer experience
- Preparing weekly sales reports and operational updates for the Director
- Monitoring café performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

- 1–2+ years' experience as a Café Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role
- Experience working in busy, high-volume cafés or hospitality venues
- Advanced barista skills and a passion for quality coffee
- Outstanding customer service and a genuine love of creating memorable experiences
- Experience leading, motivating and developing small teams

- Strong organisational, operational and financial management skills
- Experience with POS systems and café management software
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control

- Sound understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive attitude, calm leadership style and hands-on approach
