Cali Beach Club is hiring high-energy Floor Staff to join our fast-paced team on the Cali floor.
This role is similar to waitstaff, with a strong focus on guest interaction, floor service, and keeping the venue running smoothly during busy services.
The Role
As Floor Staff, you will:
- Provide service and support to guests across the Cali floor
- Assist with drinks, clearing, and general floor operations
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas
- Support bar, bottle service, and teams as needed
- Help manage guest flow and overall floor experience

- Comfortable engaging with large crowds
- Fast, organised, and proactive
- Well-presented and professional
- A strong team player with great energy
- Available Friday–Sunday
