Southeast Fibreglass is a specialist business focused on fibreglass restoration, surface protection, fibreglass repairs and detailing across caravans, RVs and motorhomes. As part of the Suncoast Caravan Service group, we work alongside an experienced team of caravan industry professionals and take pride in delivering premium workmanship and exceptional results.

From fibreglass repairs and gelcoat restoration through to 3M Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coatings, Raptor coatings and professional detailing, no two jobs are quite the same.

The Opportunity

We are growing our team and are looking for a Caravan Repairer or Marine / Auto Detailer who is keen to develop their skills and learn new specialist trades.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tradesperson or detailer who wants to expand their knowledge into the growing world of caravan and RV repairs, fibreglass restoration and surface protection.

You Could Be Coming From

We would love to hear from candidates with experience in:

- Fibreglass Caravan repairs
- Automotive or marine detailing
- Fibreglass repair or restoration
- Gelcoat polishing and restoration
- Ceramic coating application
- Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation
- Automotive paint preparation or refinishing
- General vehicle or boat restoration

Experienced candidates and apprentices are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your experience, training and interests, your role may include:

- Caravan and RV repairs and restoration
- Fibreglass repairs and gelcoat restoration
- Exterior detailing, polishing and paint correction
- Application of ceramic coatings
- Installation of Paint Protection Film (PPF)
- Raptor coating applications
- Surface preparation and restoration
- Working on premium caravans,



RVs and motorhomes
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional workshop
- Working alongside experienced tradespeople to develop your skills

About You We're looking for someone who:

- Has a genuine interest in learning and developing new skills
- Takes pride in their workmanship and has a keen eye for detail
- Is reliable, motivated and takes ownership of their work
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
- Can work independently while also being part of a small, professional team
- Is comfortable working with their hands and learning new techniques
- Has previous experience in caravan repair, marine detailing, automotive detailing or a related trade (highly desirable)
- Holds a current driver's licence and has reliable transport (preferred)

Experience with PPF, ceramic coatings, fibreglass or gelcoat is an advantage, but training can be provided for the right person.
