We are currently seeking a Customer Service Agent (Reception) who shares our values of Safety & Security, Passion, Integrity, Reliability, Innovation and Teamwork.

Suitable candidates will be required to deliver high performance standards around all aspects of cargo handling, meeting the requirements of our customers based at the Brisbane Airport on a Permanent Part-Time (Min 24 hours per week - Average 30 - 35 hours per week) basis.

What you’ll be doing

- You will be the first point of contact for delivery drivers entering the facility / reception.

- Process documentation at freight acceptance and delivery.

- Maintain professional relationships with customers.

- Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving customer complaints.

- Create invoices and reconcile banking ensuring that all applicable charges are collected.

- Process cash and electronic transactions.

- Complete general filing and other office duties.

What we need from you

- Professional, approachable and warm in style with a strong attention to detail.

- Previous experience in an administration role - minimum of 1 year.

- Effectively and efficiently work autonomously.

- You will be extremely flexible and happy to get down into the detail and be operational.

- Exposure to a blue-collar workforce will be highly regarded.





- Applicants will be required to undergo a Police check, Airport security check and pre-employment medical as part of the standard conditions of employment.

- Strong ability to problem solve and deliver solution based outcomes.

- Can anticipate needs, be agile and flexible to ensure deadlines are met.

- Strong stakeholder services skills between our airline partners.

- Effective and efficient time management skills.

- Strong written & verbal communication skills, with a focus on detail.

- Proficient ability to utilise the Microsoft Office suite.

- Motivation and flexibility to work on a 7-day rotational shift roster.
