Your responsibilities

- Mixing and serving drinks efficiently during busy periods
- Taking orders and processing payments through POS
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked and organised
- Engaging with guests and maintaining service standards
- Supporting general bar operations as part of the team

What you'll need

- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- Experience in high-volume retail bar service, including tap beer pouring and can service
- Comfortable working rapid-paced shifts, reliably and independently
