We are looking for chefs & pastry chefs preferably with Hat/Michelin experience and/or have a background in hotels, major events, and corporate catering!
As well as all the major events we also have on-going placements across Brisbane's inner & Outer Suburbs!

All applicants will have minimum 5 years post apprenticeship experience, a current food handlers / cert 3 or 4, their own knives and well-kept uniforms - a driving licence is a plus! As well as chefs we are also recruiting,
- Catering Assistants - level 2 above award, no formal qualification required but a food handlers and experience in kitchens is essential. Cooks or studying cookery or recently qualified chefs are ideal! - $34.50- $60 per hour + super
- Kitchen Hands - $33- $60 per hour
