Bale is looking for confident, personable and service-driven Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our Melbourne CBD Hub, based at Emporium Melbourne, ahead of our busiest and most exciting trading period. We’re recruiting now so our newest team members have the training, product knowledge and confidence to thrive during peak trade.

THE CHANCE As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll become an important part of our Melbourne CBD team. You’ll deliver attentive, personalised service while helping customers find the right pieces for work, weekends, weddings and everything in between.

Your Responsibilities Will Include Creating genuine connections and delivering memorable customer experiences

Providing confident styling and product advice

Contributing to individual and store sales targets





Supporting the team during busy peak-trade periods

Maintaining premium visual merchandising and store presentation standards

Assisting with stock replenishment, transactions and daily store operations

Working collaboratively across our Melbourne CBD Hub when required Desired Skills And Experience WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR You’ll be someone who brings energy, reliability and a genuine passion for helping people. Ideally, You Will Have Previous experience in fashion, premium retail, hospitality or customer service A natural ability to start conversations and build rapport

Confidence working towards sales targets and KPIs

Strong presentation and attention to detail A positive, team-focused attitude The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

Flexible availability across weekdays, late-night trade, weekends and public holidays during peak periods Premium retail experience is valued, but it isn’t everything.
