Join SDN Kensington as a Centre Administrator on a 12-month contract. Working 18 hours across 3 days, you’ll support our close-knit team, children and families in our welcoming early learning centre.
About the role;
When you join SDN Children’s Services, you become part of a values-led, not-for-profit organisation that puts children, families and communities at the heart of what we do.
We’re looking for an organised and approachable Centre Administrator to join our team at SDN Kensington on a permanent part-time basis, working 18 hours across three days per week.
This is a diverse role where you’ll work closely with the Centre Director and wider team, while also being an important point of contact for our children and families.
This will include
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with children, families and staff
- Manage enrolments, family accounts, invoicing, records and reporting
- Coordinate enquiries, centre tours and onboarding for new families
- Maintain accurate databases, documentation and administrative systems
- Support centre operations through resource coordination, communications and administrative assistance
- Working collaboratively with our Family Enquiry Team to support families from enquiry through to enrolment
About you: You will have experience and skills in the following:
- Previous administration experience, desirably in childcare or community setting
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a relationship-focused approach
- High attention to detail, accuracy and confidence working with data, records and financial processes
- Proficient computer skills, with experience using childcare management systems and knowledge of CCS highly regarded
- A current NSW Working with Children Check
