Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Manager to lead our established Berwick Waters service.

About the Role
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of our Berwick Waters service.
You will work closely with your leadership team and educators to maintain high standards of education and care, strengthen team engagement,
support occupancy growth and ensure the service continues to meet all regulatory and compliance requirements.
We are looking for a Centre Manager who is visible, approachable and confident in leading a team while creating a positive environment for educators, children and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day to day operations and overall performance of the centre
- Support, mentor and develop a high performing team
- Build a positive, collaborative and accountable team culture
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and National Regulations
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community
- Drive enrolments, retention and occupancy growth
- Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Manage staffing, centre performance and operational outcomes
- Support educator engagement and professional development
- Ensure a safe, inclusive and high quality learning environment
About You
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Previous Centre Manager experience or significant leadership experience within an early childhood service
- Robust knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and developing teams
- Ability to drive occupancy, engagement and operational performance
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Passion for delivering high quality education and care
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Valid Working With Children Check
