Gumnut Cottage Child Care Centre | Coffs Harbour Are you an experienced and confident early childhood educator looking for a permanent part-time position in a warm, supportive and community-focused centre?

Gumnut Cottage Child Care Centre is looking for a passionate educator to join our team.

We are a community-based, not-for-profit early childhood centre where children are at the heart of everything we do. We value strong relationships, play-based learning, natural environments, professional growth and educators who genuinely enjoy being part of a team.

We are looking for someone who:

- Holds a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Has experience working confidently within an early childhood setting
- Builds warm, respectful and responsive relationships with children
- Is confident in their knowledge of the EYLF and play-based learning
- Is enthusiastic about supporting children's agency, independence and learning
- Is comfortable supporting children to engage in appropriate risky and adventurous play
- Can work collaboratively and positively as part of a team
- Is reliable, professional and willing to contribute to the wider life of the centre
- Values reflective practice and ongoing professional development




- Is passionate about providing high-quality care and education for children and their families
