Change Analyst

6 Month contract - renewable

Sydney CBD The role:

Responsible for delivering change activities including assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation of change to ensure successful implementation.

Key accountabilities:

- Develop change deliverables and activities for the Program to support leadership and program outcomes (Business Case, Delivery).
- Manage and implement change activities for the Program or project to support leadership and to ensure successful implementation of the program.
- Conduct change analysis and change impact assessments using Change Methodologies (i.e. PROSCI/ADKAR) to support change management activities.
- Develop and deliver effective change plans and change reporting in conjunction with leadership to document and communicate change activities.




- Undertake current and future state gap analysis and assess changes and impacts to ensure that transformation strategy and transition planning meet program or project objectives are fit for purpose.
- Manage stakeholders, identify and manage issues and risks relating to stakeholders and report to the Program Change Lead
- Execute safety responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities consistent with Sydney Trains safety management system requirements which are defined in SMS document number SMS-02-RG-3058.

Key challenges:

- Driving project deadlines and milestones to the required standards and targets whilst ensuring the needs of stakeholders are considered and accounted.
- Working in a complex business setting currently undergoing significant change.
- Working in an industrially sensitive operational environment
