About the role

CHEF – FULL TIME | KOTARA | IMMEDIATE START

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our fast-paced team in Kotara, NSW on a full-time basis.

You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook food to a consistently high standard

- Assist with menu development and daily specials

- Manage stock, ordering, portion control and food waste

- Supervise and support kitchen staff

- Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards

- Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations

- Work closely with the wider team to deliver great customer experiences

About You

- Experienced Chef or Senior Cook, ideally with 5+ years' experience

- Strong cooking and food preparation skills





- Confident working in a busy, quick-paced kitchen

- Good leadership and organisational skills

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements

- Reliable, hands-on and a solid team player

- Relevant culinary qualifications preferred
