Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design challenging, high-quality chemistry problems to test and stress AI model performance across domains such as organic chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, and physical chemistry

Develop clear, rigorous step-by-step solutions that demonstrate expert-level reasoning

Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, logical consistency, and depth of reasoning

Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry content

Provide structured,



actionable feedback that directly improves AI model quality Who You Are Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree (or higher) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains

Able to explain complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
