An established, private equity-backed healthcare services group is entering its next phase of growth following significant expansion through acquisition. The group is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to bring the acquired businesses together under a unified brand and operating model - creating the cohesion, leadership alignment and scalable infrastructure required for the next phase of growth.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the private equity investor, the COO will lead an operations management team across a large, geographically dispersed workforce.

This is an integration, transformation, and scale mandate.

The COO will lead the evolution from a collection of successful businesses into one organisation - aligning operations, systems, performance, service standards and culture, while retaining the specialist capabilities that differentiate each service line.

Critically, they will help embed the group brand throughout the organisation, creating a consistent employee and customer experience and a shared identity across previously independent businesses.

We are seeking an executive with:

- COO or senior operational leadership experience within a large,



people-intensive service organisation
- A track record of integrating acquired businesses, brands or operating divisions
- Leadership of large, distributed workforces spanning professionally qualified specialists, technical practitioners and frontline service-delivery teams
- Experience building scalable operating models and driving operational performance
- Exposure to private equity or institutional investors, Boards and value-creation plans
- The leadership capability to bring established teams with them through significant change

Healthcare experience is not essential. Relevant backgrounds may include healthcare, aged care, childcare and education, disability services, workforce solutions, facilities management, outsourced services, or other complex multi-site service organisations.

This is an prospect to take an already substantial national platform and turn scale into cohesion - creating one brand, operating model and organisation positioned for its next phase of growth.
