Little Sports Heroes is growing, and we're looking for energetic, reliable and enthusiastic Sports Coaches to join our team.

We deliver fun sports and movement programs to children aged 1–5 years in early learning centres, helping children build confidence, coordination, teamwork and a lifelong love of being active.

The Role

- Deliver fun and engaging sports and movement sessions to children aged 1–5.
- Create a positive, safe and inclusive environment where every child can participate.
- Build great relationships with children, educators and centre staff.
- Encourage children through movement, play and positive role modelling.
- Represent Little Sports Heroes with enthusiasm and professionalism.

What We're Looking For We’re looking for someone who is energetic, reliable and enjoys working as part of a team. Has a genuine passion for working with children and an enthusiastic, positive approach to every session.

- Coaching or sports experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Experience working with children is a bonus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must.
- Reliable, organised and confident working independently.




- Happy to get involved, have fun and bring plenty of energy to each session.
- No coaching experience? That’s okay! If you have the right attitude and are happy to learn, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed in the role.

What You'll Need

- A current paid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- Current Police Check, or willing to obtain one.
- Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Reliable vehicle.
- Availability 3–5 days per week (minimum 3 days).
