About the Role

We are looking for versatile team members who can work across our operating hours of 6:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

As an Educator at LEAD Childcare, you will:

- Create meaningful learning experiences for children
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support children's development through play-based learning
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and professional team culture
- Ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children

What We're Looking For ✅ Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care





✅ Flexibility to work between 6:00am and 6:00pm

✅ Caring, nurturing, and child-focused approach

✅ Hardworking and diligent work ethic

✅ Honest, reliable, and professional attitude

✅ Solid communication and teamwork skills

✅ Current Queensland Blue Card (or ability to obtain one)
