About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Transport Support Worker to assist CHSP clients with safe and timely transportation to their appointments and community activities.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy driving, meeting people, and making a meaningful difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide safe and punctual transport for clients to appointments
- Assist clients with getting in and out of the vehicle (if required)
- Ensure a comfortable and respectful experience for all clients
- Maintain clear communication with the coordination team
- Follow daily schedules and assigned trips

Pay & Benefits

- $32 – $40 per hour (casual role)
- Travel KM is paid

Requirements

- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Own reliable vehicle (essential)
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable to visit suburb area for appointments or pick up if needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

- Previous experience in aged care, disability, or transport services
- Understanding of elderly client needs
