We are seeking a passionate and creative Director of Photography (DOP) to join our upcoming feature film, currently in development and preparing for production in May 2026.
About the Project
Our film is an independent feature film focused on powerful storytelling, character-driven moments, and visually engaging scenes. The production is progressing smoothly, with a clear shooting schedule already in place.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the director to define the film’s visual style and tone
- Lead all camera and lighting decisions on set
- Work with the production team to plan and execute shots efficiently
- Oversee camera crew and ensure high-quality visual output
- Contribute creatively to storytelling through cinematography
Requirements
-Experience as a DOP or robust background in cinematography
-Own equipment is a plus
- Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and camera movement
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, independent film environment
- Collaborative and flexible mindset
