Your new role

Our client is seeking experienced Project Managers and Site Supervisors to oversee the successful delivery of civil construction projects across Queensland. You will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors and crews, maintaining project schedules and budgets, ensuring compliance with WHS requirements, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. These positions offer a mix of office and site-based responsibilities and the opportunity to work across a diverse range of civil projects.

Project

Managers can expect an anticipated salary of $150,000-$180,000, while Site Supervisors can expect a salary package of $120,000-$140,000, depending on experience. Our client is open to discussing current market expectations for the right candidate.

What you'll need to succeed

- Minimum 2-5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Manager
- Hands-on experience delivering Australian civil construction projects




- Civil operator machinery tickets and/or relevant Project Management qualifications and experience
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Construction White Card
- Strong understanding of WHS and site compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Reliable, organised and safety-focused
- Ability to travel throughout the Mackay, Whitsunday and wider Queensland regions as required
- Local candidates preferred or candidates willing to relocate at their own expense
