Fetch Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators for a major civil construction project commencing late August 2026, with work available through to January 2027.

We are looking for experienced operators across a range of machinery, with 15+ positions available.

? Positions AvailableWe are currently seeking operators experienced on:

- Grader Operators
- Dozer Operators
- Excavator Operators
- Watercart Operators
- Roller Operators
- Moxy / Articulated Dump Truck Operators

? Project Details

- Start Date: End of August 2026
- Project Duration: August 2026 – January 2027
- Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 7:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturday Work: Potential Saturday work depending on the project program
- Work: Major civil construction / earthworks project

? What We're Looking ForTo be successful, you will have:





- Proven experience operating your nominated machine in a civil construction workplace
- Relevant plant tickets / VOCs
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Reliable transport to and from site
- Ability to work Monday to Friday with potential Saturday work
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work as part of a professional civil construction crew
