What we're looking for Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Civil Construction (or equivalent grit and experience)

Proven delivery of civil construction and maintenance — roads, drainage, the full picture

Real leadership chops — you’ve supervised teams,



developed people, held the line on performance

Financial management experience — budgets, cost control, grant acquittals

Solid WHS knowledge and a safety-first mindset, not just a checkbox

Queensland Driver’s Licence & Construction White Card
