Impact Plumbing is growing our civil division and we are on the hunt for civil plumbers or drain layers to come and be part of it. We deliver the stormwater, sewer and water services packages on our own commercial projects, which means you are working with our team start to finish.

Multi residential unit construction. General commercial plumbing across live tower sites, working as part of an established crew.

- Sewer and Stormwater Drainage
- Manholes & Pits
- Water mains and Water meter

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- QBCC Plumbing Licence
- White Card and Silica Mask Certificate
- Own reliable transport
- Personal hand tools and battery tools
- Commercial construction experience, unit towers a big plus
- Someone who turns up, does what he says he will do, and looks after the people around him

Skill can be taught. Work ethic, honesty and giving a damn cannot. If you take pride in your work, own your mistakes, and are the sort of tradesperson your crew is glad to see on site in the morning, we want to talk to you.

FLEXIBLE WORKING ARRANGEMENTS

We know good tradespeople have a life outside the site, and working at home cant happen, so we are open to arrangements that suit both you and the project.

Options can include

- Four day work week
- Nine day fortnight
- Monthly Rostered Day Off




- Early knock off Fridays
- Other arrangements by agreement

CAREER PROGRESSION

Not one of our senior team were hired into the role they have now. They learned the work, they earned the trust, and we promoted them. We would rather back our own people and elevate them than go looking outside for someone who does not know how we do things

Prove you can run a section of pipe properly and you will start running the crew doing it, then leading hand, then civil supervisor with your own jobs and your own people. If you would rather go a different direction, we can back that too. For the right person there is the option of a plumbing apprenticeship alongside the civil work, so you finish up with a trade behind you as well. If that interests you, tell us when you apply.
