Civil Supervisor – Perth Metro

Lead quality civil projects with a WA-owned contractor that invests in its people. A well-established, privately owned and operated WA civil contractor is continuing to grow its Perth operations and is looking for experienced Civil Supervisors to join its project teams, with opportunities available north and south of the river.

With more than 50 active and completed sites across the Perth metropolitan area, the business delivers a diverse range of civil works and has a strong reputation for quality, safety and developing its people.

The Role

As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of civil projects, working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will be involved in a variety of projects rather than being restricted to one particular sector, providing excellent exposure and opportunities to broaden your experience.

About You

We are looking for experienced Civil Supervisors who are confident running projects and leading site teams. You will ideally have experience across areas such as earthworks, drainage, roads, subdivisions, bulk earthworks or civil infrastructure. You will be someone who takes pride in delivering quality work, understands the importance of planning and productivity, and can build strong relationships with subcontractors, crews and project teams.
