The Role
We are seeking Multi Skilled Civil Workers to join our team for upcoming civil project work.
Based on a recently awarded Pilbara-based project operating on a 2:1 FIFO roster, we are currently recruiting experienced Formworkers, Steelfixers and Concreters.
This project will involve bulk earthworks, crane pad construction and sump rebuilds.

Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil or commercial construction with formwork exposure
- Carrying out a range of civil construction works
- Sump builds, concrete crane pad construction and steel mesh installation
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
- Understanding and application of technical requirements
- Performing general yard duties as required
About You
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Hold a current Construction White Card
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence (HR Class preferred)
- Minimum of six (6) months’ experience in a similar role
- High Risk Work Licence (desirable)
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and high-quality housekeeping standards
