Looking for flexible work with stability? Simply Shiny is growing and we’re hiring a reliable, detail-focused cleaner who wants consistent work, great clients, and a structured way of doing things.

We’re not a churn-and-burn cleaning company. Our clients are long-term, respectful, and loyal because we deliver a high standard every time using transparent cleaning processes. If you value doing things properly, want flexibility, and are looking for steady, ongoing work – this will suit you.

What You’ll Get

- $33.85 per hour (casual, Cleaning Services Award MA000022) + superannuation
- Includes $1.01/km fuel reimbursement between jobs
- Paid travel time between jobs
- Starting at approximately 6 hours per week – growing quickly to 25 hours within 8 weeks as the business expands around your area
- Versatile scheduling to suit your lifestyle or study arrangements
- Consistent, recurring clients – no constant one-off jobs
- 2 weeks paid hands-on training in the Simply Shiny cleaning system – beginners considered if you have a love of cleaning
- Ability to accept or decline extra work
- Weekly pay
- Opportunity for more hours, responsibility and bonuses over time

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday only
- No weekend or public holiday work

The Role

- Residential cleaning using the Simply Shiny structured cleaning system




- Maintain a high standard of detail and consistency
- Build rapport with regular clients
- Work independently across multiple homes per day

What We’re Looking For

- Highly reliable – turns up, communicates, follows through
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to learn and follow a structured system
- Trustworthy and qualified
- Looking for long-term, stable work
- Prior cleaning experience preferred, but not essential – we’ll train the right person

Requirements

- Valid Australian working rights
- Police check essential (can be arranged after offer)
- Driver’s licence and reliable car
- Mobile phone for Connect Team app access
- Ability to travel between clients in the Brisbane area
- Washer/dryer to sanitise cloths daily
