Exclusive to Jenner Recruitment our client is looking for an Client Service Officer specialising in risk to join their busy Financial Planning team!

Our Client

Situated on Brisbane CBD, our client is a well respected long standing financial planning group who now have the opportunity for an experienced Client Service Officer - Risk to join their team.

Their team has the knowledge and expertise to provide a wide range of financial services to assist their clients in managing their financial requirements and provide them with complete peace of mind.

They pride themselves on their delivery of professional and specialised services to their high net worth business, private and accounting clientele.

The Role

As a valued member of the team, your focus will be on supporting the financial planning team across a number of divisions.

Your focus is providing implementation and administrative support to the financial planning team. Duties include, but not limited to:

- New business implementation
- Assisting with new business in the preparation of client files
- Liaising with clients on the phone and completing their applications
- Lodgment of applications and relevant paperwork
- Handling client enquiries and contact
- Printing and producing ROA's
- Database management




- Liaise with insurers and Fund Managers on the client and adviser's behalf
- General Office duties when required

About You To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience as a Client Service Officer within the financial planning industry and preferably have some experience working with Risk/insurance. You will also need the following experience:

- RG146 qualification is preferred;
- Xplan software experience preferred;
- An understanding of the Financial Planning industry and ideally just finished a relevant Degree or Masters.
- Excellent communication and people skills; and
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office suite experience.
