As a Client Services Coordinator, your primary focus will be job fulfilment – actively sourcing and recruiting new support workers, and providers to join the CareVicinity platform based on specific client needs and available jobs. You’ll connect with potential workers, build interest in the opportunity and help bring the right people onto the platform to get client jobs filled.
You’ll also support clients with platform enquiries and day-to-day needs. This is a fast-paced, phone-led role (80+ calls per day) with a strong focus on recruitment, relationship building and achieving fulfilment KPIs.

You’re confident in a fast-paced, phone-based environment, enjoy connecting with people and know how to get things done. Experience in call centres, telecommunications, recruitment or high-volume customer service will set you up for success.
What You’ll Do:
- Actively source and recruit new support workers based on specific client jobs and care requirements.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls (80+ per day) to engage prospective workers, discuss opportunities and bring them onto the CareVicinity platform.
- Use a range of sourcing channels to find suitable workers and build a pipeline for current and upcoming client needs.
- Work closely with the team to understand each job and identify the right workers to fulfil it.
- Follow up with prospective workers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process to keep jobs moving.
- Support clients with platform navigation,
enquiries and day-to-day assistance across phone, email and chat.
- Work closely with Compliance and Accounts to help get new workers ready to provide services.
- Keep client, worker and job information accurate and up to date across our systems.
