We are now looking for a Client Services Coordinator in Melbourne, Victoria. Join CSI – and be part of a team that truly cares About You & The Role The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for working with clients to achieve their goals and ensuring they receive the services and care they need to help them live their lives their way.
The coordinator is also responsible for the supervision, safety, coordination of training requirements, and performance management of support workers to meet and exceed the expectations of the clients we serve.
Key Responsibilities Work with clients to identify their goals, support goal achievement and ensure they receive excellent care and support, every time.
Coaching and mentoring Support Workers, ensuring clients and business needs are met
WHS compliance of Support Worker practice and work environment (client homes) is monitored for completion, action and reporting as required
Contribute to the recruitment of Support Workers to match client needs
Timely and effective management of incidents and feedback
Support the development of recruitment strategies to align with client requirements. We’re Looking For Client Service Coordinators Who Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Minimum Certificate IV or above in Health / Community Services (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of NDIS and/or My Aged Care Home Care Packages
Person-centred (problem-solving), decision making and leadership
High-level critical thinking
Highly effective time management
NDIS Workers Clearance Check
