Primary Objective: The Nurse Clinical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and optimising client flow through Alcohol and Other Drugs services, ensuring timely, cohesive, and patient-centred care across multiple pathways and programs. The role supports daily operations and safe, high-quality, integrated service delivery within a complex multidisciplinary setting. It provides guidance and operational support to staff, assists with service delivery challenges, and maintains efficient clinic processes.
The role also mentors and supports new team members, promoting confidence, consistency, and adherence to organisational standards. As a central point of coordination, the position supports effective team functioning and enhances the overall client experience across Alcohol and other Drug Services Central Australia Services.

Whilst a postgraduate qualification is an essential requirement for ongoing appointment to this vacancy, all applicants will be assessed. If the most suitable applicant does not hold the qualification, they may be appointed on a fixed basis with ongoing appointment subject to attaining the qualification during the fixed term. One vacancy is available, either ongoing or fixed for 2 years.
