Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Position Classification: Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 Remuneration: $128,301.89 - $132<523.13 per annum, pro rata Hours Per Week: 38hrs Requisition ID: REQ682203 About The Role The Clinical Nurse Specialists Grade 2 (CNS2) Complex Care Coordinator organises and delivers high quality nursing care to patients across the site/s to better manage and improve the delivery of high quality person centred nursing care in collaboration with the health care team to coordinate complex delivery of care and facilitate the transfer of inpatients who have complex care needs. Clinician engagement and leadership has been a prominent feature of the public health system for a number of years, where clinician led clinical standards, safety and quality improvements have become a major focus.
