About You:
- Hold current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Minimum 3 years post-registration clinical experience
- Demonstrated senior clinical leadership experience
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a tight knit team and delegate effectively
- Initiative and self-motivation
About the Role:
The Clinical Quality Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating clinical quality, clinical governance, and continuous improvement activities across the organisation.
Working as an advanced practice Registered Nurse, the role provides expert clinical leadership to ensure compliance with the Aged Care Act, Aged Care Quality
Standards, Strengthened Quality Standards, National Clinical Indicators, and organisational clinical governance requirements.
The Clinical Quality Coordinator supports managers and clinical teams through education, audits, quality improvement, incident management, risk reduction, and evidence-based practice to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
